A study published in the Journal of Internal Medicine has revealed that eating fish can promote human health and prolong life.

Fish are rich in vitamins and minerals essential for human health and body, especially omega-3s.

Various scientific studies have revealed that eating fish contributes to reducing the risk of cancer, improves heart health and works to reduce infections, while other studies have linked omega-3 scalability to improved mental health and vision.

Currently, this study has indicated that eating fish, especially those rich in omega-3, reduces the risk of premature death and promotes human health.

The researchers were able to reach this conclusion by targeting 240,729 men and 180,580 women for 16 years, and found that 54,230 men and 30,882 women died during the study.

The researchers reported that male participants who ate fish regularly had a nearly 9% risk of premature death, in addition to:

About 10% reduction in death from heart disease.
Cancer risk reduced by 6%
20% lower risk of dying from pneumonia
The risk of death from liver disease is reduced by 37%.
For women, the results were as follows:

10% lower risk of death from heart disease
38% lower risk of Alzheimer’s death
The researchers stressed that in the interests of eating fish, it should not be cooked in a frying manner.
